Whether it's on social media, at work, school, or elsewhere, we can be tempted to judge others, sometimes without even realizing what we're doing. And sometimes feelings of failure or frustration lead us to judge ourselves in a harsh and unforgiving way. Want to stop the pattern of judging and begin to enjoy loving your neighbor and yourself? Join this chat to discover how Christ, the divine message of God’s love, can break the cycle of reaction by giving you healing thoughts toward yourself and others.
