Many people today happily testify to the power of Christian Science to heal sickness quickly and often immediately. Yet sometimes even the most devoted Christian Scientists may find they need to persist in Christian Science treatment over a period of time, and deal with discouragement when a condition or circumstance isn't readily healed. This need for persistence is seen in the Bible, where Job prayed repeatedly for a recovery that was long in coming.
This live chat is an opportunity for listeners to ask honest questions about “delayed” healing, and to address any feelings of frustration. Join the discussion with Christian Science practitioner and teacher Nathan Talbot, from Boston, Massachusetts, to explore this topic further and find insight, inspiration, and, yes, even healing.
About Nathan Talbot: Nate earned a law degree at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, before coming to work at The First Church of Christ, Scientist.
