Have you ever struggled with feelings of low self-esteem? Who in the world hasn't? Do you value and truly love yourself? This can certainly be a challenge at times for all of us.
We can all find our true worth by understanding our spiritual identity as God's precious, loved child. In the Bible, Jeremiah 31:3 states: "The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."
Join Christian Science practitioner Mark Unger as he answers questions about how each one of us can really feel and know our true worth, and appreciate how awesome we really are as God's children. This understanding can satisfy our own hearts and enable us to bless the world.
About Mark Unger: Mark grew up in Spokane, Washington, with two older brothers. Feeling God’s leading, Mark began investing in rental houses by using his savings from paper routes and small jobs. At age 19, again feeling God’s leading he took a one-year trip around the United States on his motorcycle. He wanted to depend completely on the God he was learning about through his study and practice of Christian Science to meet every need.
As a public speaker in 2004 and 2005 he traveled the US as a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, speaking to various audiences about spiritual healing. In addition, Mark has worked in prisons and other treatment and detention centers, helping inmates to appreciate and value themselves as God's loved children.
Mark has been a practitioner for over 30 years. He has his home and office in Ashland, Massachusetts, and is currently serving as Superintendent of The Mother Church Sunday School.
